1. It adopts BM shielded screw with big L/ D, ensuring mixing- melt effect and stable and high speed extrusion for PE- RT material.
2. The die head is specially designed in accordance with extrusion property of PE- RT that matches the pressure of die head, ensuring rapid and stable extrusion for PE- RT without any melting mark, and strengthening the anti- cracking of pipe.
3. Vacuum calibrating mandrel adopts special structure of combined water bath with multi- sheet, realizing high speed production, efficient cooling and high stability so as to make help for rapid calibrating and cooling and increasing measurement accuracy for PE- RT pipe.
4. The pulling machine adopts structure of multi- cylinder and roll wheel' s type, equipped with belt for high speed and wear resistance and imported frequency regulator, ensuring smooth and even pulling of the pipe, especially improving the vibration during high speed pulling in the traditional mode of rubber blocks.
5. Adopting the imported PCC computer control system, it ensures control accuracy and automatically continues production.
