verifies the technical soundness of a product, supplying to the customer all the needed information for modifying the machine, making it compliant to the applicable norms,
prepares all the requested documentation (Manual of use and maintenance, technical file, stress calculation risk analysis) as required by the norms
and Notified Body
controls the final documentation
tests the machine, modified according to the requirements of the norms and ready to be approved
grants the certifications
In this way, if the customer follows the suggestions and implements the modification (made by Rollbo engineering), then the approval will be carried out by the Notified Body within one visit only.
The CE norms are often updated and weekly new harmonized norms are issued; this can be a big problem for the medium and small companies that cannot have a department that can constantly update his documentation and when necessary the machines. The participation of ROLLBO engineers to specific training courses allows us to supply to our customers a life warrantee, offering them the possibility to update, when necessary, the CE documentation and their products.
