Bamboo logistics solutions is a join venture between bamboo logistics solutions HK Ltd. and YFHEX logistics Co., SZ Ltd.
The HK company was previously diong trading betwen mainland suppliers and customers in overseas destinations. The SZ company has been involved in the logistics business in China since 1991. with own operations in the South and East provinces of China.
The JV was formed in august at 2007, with the objestive of logistics, sourcing and supply chain management to local and overseas customers.
