We do not offer the nominee director to our new clients, we only provide the nominee director service to our existing clients. However we can provide the nominee shareholder to our new clients. The annual fee is US$600
-Do you also provide a shelf company? This could probably speed up the process?
Yes, we can provide a list of shelf company. It normally takes 2-3 working days upon receipt of your signed documents. f you are not in Hong Kong at the present moment, it is not a significant difference between a tailor made or ready made company since we can send the statutory documents to you for signing. It will take an additional 4-5 working days. A tailor-made company takes only 6-8 working days. So I suggest you to acquire a tailor made company instead of a ready made company, you can then have your own company name and sign less documents.
