It was established in 1992, since then, Lianyi has been growing into one of the largest manufacturers in China for making PHE Gasket, TV Anode Cap and Rubber Snow Chain for cars. These are the products we are specialized in studying, designing and manufacturing, meanwhile, we have developed Liquid Silicone Rubber products such as LSR baby nipples, baby teethers and so on. Now, we have more than 50 experts and technicians in our R & D department and more than 500 workers in our factory that has 20000m2 of total area including 10000m2 of floor space. Plate Heat Exchanger Gaskets for all Plate Heat Exchangers and OEM Plate Heat Exchangers Types, these are the products Lianyi is specialized in studying, designing and manufacturing. We have more than 20 experts and 98 workers in our in- house factory, with one of the largest compression presses in China, featuring a platen size of 3500 mm by 1400 mm, we operate 36 sets of facilities producing 1,000,000 gaskets annually for any type, make and modules of Plate Heat Exchangers. With over year` s experience of designing and manufacturing the Gaskets to OEM specifications, we have grown into one of the leading suppliers in China for more than 40 Plate Heat Exchanger manufacturers at home and abroad. During the production we comply with all manufacturing processes, traceability and conditions under ISO9001-2000. Our varied Gaskets suit for various Industries that utilize PHE in their unique production cycles, and we have got a high reputation in the trade.
