We manufacture all grades of zinc dust and zinc oxide, as well as zinc alloys. As input to these processes, Zinchem uses zinc" dross" from continuous and batch galvanising plants. Due to increased customer demand for Zinchem' s products, coupled with the fact that there is spare capacity in Zinchem' s plant, limited local supplies need to be supplemented with a further 300 tons a month of imported zinc dross. We also require the following products on a regular basis: Atomised Zn powder Obtained from tube galvanizing process. The powder is removed from the inside of the tubes by high air/ steam pressure. The powder shall contain no less than 95% of metallic Zn.+- 40 mt/ month
