A.2) Aluminium purity and impurity contents :
Al = 99.99% Minimum
Impurity contents :-
Fe + Cu + Zn + Ti <= 100 ppm
of which, Fe + Ti <= 50 ppm
and, Cu + Zn <= 50 ppm
A.3) Silicon purity = 99.999% Minimum [semiconductor quality]
B. Foil specification
B.1) Finish: Natural with metallic bright
B.2) Surface roughness, Ra = 4 microns
B.3) Hardness, HV = 50g; 30-70 Kg/sq.mm
B.4) Foil shall not have residues of grease, oil, stains.
B.5) Foil shall not have any scratches or dents.
